We are looking for an energetic and high-capacity youth leader who can pioneer and sustain an exciting and demanding youth ministry across our parishes, including an area of high deprivation. They should be an experienced youth worker who is able to connect with emerging generations, and encourage them in the Christian faith. They should be passionate about reaching the unchurched, and raising up and equipping others to do likewise. They should be evangelistic and missional in heart and, working alongside the staff team, be committed to both East Church and its parishes for the long term. Long term success for the role looks like well-established youth work across our three locations, and a youth ministry that reaches out beyond the walls of church and into the heart of our local communities.
